I came across Vicky at a time in my life where external events made things particularly hard to deal with. I have always known I had issues that needed to be addressed but never found a therapist I got along with and who worked for me. But Vicky has been amazing from the first session - She made me feel really comfortable talking about things I didn't know how to articulate, I never felt judged and it was as easy as talking to a friend. The online sessions made it particularly convenient. She got to know me incredibly fast and was brilliant at finding patterns and issues I needed to work on, as well as giving me practical and tangible tools I could apply in my daily life, which means I could see improvement in myself very fast.
I also really appreciate that at a time when I was unemployed and didn't have the resources to pay for usual therapy fees, she gave me a significant discount so I could still access her services. She makes therapy such an easy help to access and completely adapts to her client's needs.
