Had many different care services through my dad’s terminal illness, and this company by far and away outshine the others. Extremely polite, courteous, compassionate and each visit undertakes a thorough examination of my father’s health; both mentally and physically. They are punctual annd very understanding when we are entering the different phases of my father’s health. Everything is explained in detail, no questions are unanswered and they are there for the family in understanding of the fluctuation of changes of emotions which naturally occur . They listen, they talk things through and only leave when are satisfied that a degree of serenity and peace has returned to all involved. I can’t rate them highly enough and remarkably, all of the staff work with a smile on their face in very professional manner showing as employers they recruit the best staff and train them to the optimum level of performance.

When my mam had these, they were a god send, especially Angela. She was sad that funding was cut so she had to be let go but she was well looked after throughout the care they all provided and treated her with dignity and respect. Thank you again :)

Rude , rude members of staff… physically put her hand in my face to “hush” me and carried on her conversation with a colleague in middle of street. I only asked her to move her car as was blocked a private driveway and I wanted to get home? I asked her a few times each response was ruder than the last.
