The doctors are great, if you lucky enough to see them. I have had several alterations with Ros (Rosa) who doesn't understand the principle of talking with respect or showing any concern, she is very challenging, abrupt and needs to improve her customer service skills. The rest of the team are great, usually Farhana who seems to fix everything god bless her. You will find it extremely difficult to get through to the surgery, they will refer you to patches, which is time restricted so don't bother, I have been averaging 30mins+ waiting to get through on the phone. I could walk there in this time. I fear to think how the elderly patients are treated here. I have tried to log a complaint and was referred to their website, site is down (wow) Complaint pending....

I Woke up in the morning to book a on the day appointment. I could not get the time that I wanted but the receptionist was so rude. Her job is to help not to shout facts down the phone. If you can’t handle the job I suggest you leave. I hope some action is taken against her. This was a Thursday morning just in case the staff see this information. I call in at 8:31, a minute after they open the lines and all morning appoints are booked what an absolute joke.

Valley View surgery have looked after me and my family from the days when their premises were on Fagley Road / Killinghall Road around 2004. They are outstanding. I'm moved to compliment not just the senior partners and the ethos of the practice, but, also the unsung heroes. They are the auxiliary staff and reception and clerical staff who make it their business to get to know patients. I count myself lucky to be with them.

Fahannah has always been helpful ie office manager. I have been dealing with my parents appointments medication bloods test updates/results. Joined a new member of the family myself! Id verification myself walked into the surgery for they first blood test myself, and when calling and asking for the results was told we will not give you them, when stating family members is wanting to give consent, reply we will not give you them, every survey works like this valley view say. So I called otley road surgery and was told you sign a form and you can deal with everything!!!!. There is a massive amount of negative reviews about valley view and I have to say they are well deserved.

This is by far and away the best GP surgery in Bradford. I have had experiences with many different surgeries in Bradford over the decades and I can categorically say that moving to Valley View was the best decision I have ever made. From the Doctors, Nurses and the ladies in the office, they are wonderful people. Who are genuine in their care and deliver a fantastic quality service. They are simply brilliant people, although I only see them when I am poorly, I am always happy to be in their care. With the NHS under severe strain, Valley View surgery is flying the flag for our health service being the best in the world. Special mention to Safina, who was so empathetic and professional, that just by her manner, it showed how good her place of work is. Thank You and may you always be blessed.

Almost impossible to make an appointment. No wonder more and more NHS services are being contracted to private companies when the level of service is so poor. After 23 attempts, my call was finally selected to be put through to a receptionist however I've been on hold for 40 minutes and still waiting to speak to the receptionist. This is not an isolated incident. Last month I couldnt bare holding and went into the surgery to make an appointment only to be told to go home and carry on trying on the phone. The staff are truly doing everything possible to avoid speaking to patients or book appointments so the doctors can carry on surfing the net. Update 6/12: took me an hour and 27 minutes to get through to reception. Spoke to Ross who simply was not interested at all and told me to call again the following morning to speak to a doctor. Unbelievable. This receptionist Ross/Rose needs to undergo a customer service training course.

Probably the worst surgery in the uk. The reception/admin staff are outright rude and slam the phone down after waiting to speak to them for 25 minutes. They always get my family’s prescription wrong or miss items off and even give things I have not ordered. While I was complaining about their problems and happening to often, the receptionist decided to slam the phone down because apparently I raised my voice. They don’t even deserve 1 star

My family and I have been going to Valley View Surgery for quite some time, and the staff there is always friendly and helpful. I recently requested my blood test results and vaccination record for university. I was in a hurry to acquire them and didn't believe I'd be able to get them on time, but the staff members there were quite helpful after I explained my predicament to them and assisted me with my application by providing me with everything I needed.
