Emailed the surgery for an appointment with anyone. I received a call the same afternoon giving me an appointment for 3days time and advised to do a swab test. I attended the appointment with a Senior Clinician who had the results from my swab test. She examined me very thoroughly and asked a multitude of questions. Tudor lodge have been amazing to me in what’s been one of the most difficult things I’ve had to deal which developing pain in my thoracic spine. Dr Green always looks out and advocates for me as a patient she is an incredible doctor. The prescription team Jai,Sarah and everyone who works on that team are fantastic. I struggle with brain fog and sometimes get confused when to order medication they never judge and they have always managed to sort things out. They are an outstanding team and as a practise you should be incredibly proud to have them. The reception team have shown me kindness a few times have they have gone out there way with one time a receptionist noticing that I was looking dehydrated (I’d forgotten my drinks bottle and morphine makes me thirsty) she went and got me a cup of water it was a small gesture that was very kind. I really wanted to leave this review as I’ve been so impressed by the practice and how they have gone out their way to support me.

I have had some health issues for the last 2 months. During this time,I have seen or contacted Dr Beaumont via ask my G.P. I cannot emphasise how empathic,helpful and supportive she has been! After covid the service had been very poor. It used be an amazing surgery but now you have to wait for the link to fill in the form then a link, only if Dr decides that you need an appointment, to book an appointment. And then the appointment are literally 4 weeks apart. No wonder that the emergency rooms are getting busier day by day.

Super surgery that look after my parents. Always helpful, sometimes it can be difficult to get through but we use the Ask My GP service as well which is great. Try their hardest to resolve issues in a timely manner but as with all thing sometimes it doesn’t happen. Thank you for your service.

Superb. Helpful doctors and nurses backed by a brilliant admin team. Online contact form much better than having to phone up. Pharmacy also one of the best I have experienced.
