I have been attending Total Balance for what must be over twenty years! I go regularly once a month to get re aligned and keep pain free.
When I first started I did not think I could keep going, however it's the old saying no gain without pain. You have to get over the first part to help on the road to being pain or less pain free!
Sarah has been amazing throughout.

Firstly the staff are very professional and yet very friendly, feels welcoming when you walk in for the first time.
My initial assesment was thourough and identified the issue straight away and a plan set in place to get me back to normal.
My treatment was, and continues to be, provided by David Moore who has been a real positive influence on me motivating me to continue with the stretches and exercises.
Overall an excellent experience that has got me feeling healthier and happier than i have in a long time. Taking less pain medication, pratically none at all now, has had a massive benfit to my well being. I've even started going to the gym again.
All possible thanks to the wonderful people at the Total Balance Wellbeing Centre.

Pain for a while. I decided to come here and i am glad i did.
Was made to very welcome and at ease from all the staff.
My treatmeant plan was made to me and i felt the improvment in my movement after only a few sessions.

Been having treatment at the centre for the past 6 weeks and I can feel such a difference. I have been suffering with back, hip, neck and foot pain and body stiffness for the past 4 years without being able to get the bottom of it. After an initial assessment with Caitlin, a programme was built and i'm halfway through treatment. I am now able to walk relatively pain free and am able to stand for longer periods of time without discomfort.
I'm so happy that I gave the centre a try because I now feel I am able to achieve what I should be for my age and not feeling 20 years older .
All the staff are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave.

NHS had failed me massively. I was at the point where I could barely even get up off the sofa I found them on the internet as a desperate last ditch attempt to get some answers and and some resolve and they all made me feel very welcome and like I mattered and promptly and professionally found problem and best course of action I can now say I'm so much more able to deal with a day than before treatment started with David they are amazing and have definitely changed my life for the better sorry for the length but a big shout out to all staff at total balance THANKS!!
