I have been coming to this practice for many years now for a range of therapies including deep tissue massage and osteo treatments. The place is always clean, tidy and welcoming, and the booking process is easy and seamless. The team there are friendly, professional and warm, like a community based practice rather than just being treated like another client. More importantly is the quality of the treatment. I cannot commend Alan enough on his expertise and level of care, of just knowing where to focus and applying that perfect balance of working the body without being too soft or brutal. I highly recommend Alan and his team!

I was treated at this facility months ago and I'd like to make a review about how outstanding professional and friendly the service was. I received ingrown toenail treatment that couldn't be handled by my local GP (NHS) due to backlog. TMI I know but I was in a pickle and this centre fixed me right up for affordable prices both appointments and surgery. Best in Croydon best in South London I must confess couldn't recommend this centre anymore.

Both Alan and Genka made me and my Nan feel very special. We were well looked after and had a lovely time. Would recommend, both clearly very experienced and make you feel comfortable and welcome.

I had an appointment but, due to an emergency, I wasn’t able to attend at the scheduled time. I called to inform them and asked if I could reschedule. The lady on the phone told me that there's a 48-hour cancellation policy, and I would be charged. I explained that I wasn’t canceling but was unfortunately stuck and unable to get there, so I needed to reschedule. She reiterated the 48-hour cancellation policy without offering any flexibility.
What upset me the most was that after I reluctantly accepted that there was nothing I could do, she laughed and sarcastically said, "Thank you." I found this response unnecessary and unprofessional.
Interestingly, just two weeks prior, when I had another appointment, I had to wait because the person giving my massage was stuck in traffic. Surprisingly, the 48-hour cancellation policy didn’t apply then.

Kelly has been waxing me for longer than I can remember. She is extremely professional and gentle and we always have a good conversation during the treatment. I have problem skin and she has been very helpful in providing advice and recommending various ways to manage my situation. I recommend her 100% to anyone searching for the treatments she provides. She is truly amazing.

I saw Kelly for my first ever legs and male intimate waxing this afternoon. I immediately felt comfortable with her in spite of well, being naked from the waste down. She worked professionally and efficiently and throughout the treatment we had a nice chat too.

The treatment did not hurt nearly as much as I had anticipated beforehand, something that surprised me and I think shows how well Kelly knows what she is doing.

The results are also very nice looking and I have immediately booked in my next appointment.

The centre is lovely and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. They don’t try and badger you to have any treatment. This centre does lots of different treatment and has something for everyone including health and wellness. I had a full facial and back rub with Jenka. She is lovely and gave me a fantastic treatment. I would highly recommend both Jenka and the centre. Looking forward to my next treatment.
