Having had to visit the surgery unusually twice in the last few weeks for unrelated issues I have had the best possible treatment from the superb nurse and doctors. Access was not an issue on either occasion especially the second episode when I was seen at very short notice. Diagnosis was spot on and effective treatment initiated.
Follow up reminders for post treatment and notification for annual health check/ flu jab all spot on.
Brilliant service as far as I am concerned and my particular thanks to the nurse and doctors.

You can never get to see a Doctor. If you are on serious medication or have a serious condition this isn't the GP for you. No follow up from the GP. A complete lack of patient support. you will feel left to get on with it if you have a long term illness. Trying to use the Online appointment system is a waste of time, you can never to book to see a Doctor. Some receptionists are lovely (Abby) some are not so. Never known a surgery where you cannot get to see or even speak to a Doctor to discuss your concerns and results etc.

As a new patient, I have had a dreadful experience just getting my repeat medications, with left me in acute withdrawal for 4 days. I've not seen a doctor yet, but I'm feeling stressed at the thought. Absolutely everything is pushed online so they can ignore it at their leisure.

Absolutely awful place… Avoid the place at all costs… Poor service.. ask my gp is a joke.. The doctors are very rude and unhelpful..
The parking is absolutely disgusting with one disabled parking place..
The stress of finding a parking spot is equal to the stress of going to the practice… I’ve even seen a nurse taking blood in the car park as they couldn’t get in for their appointment.
I’ve been to a few doctors surgeries in my life and by far this is the worst.

Unfortunately, after a recent appointment and post-appointment communication, this surgery seems to have lost any focus on patient-centred care.

The new GP had little or no knowledge of my diagnoses, indeed it was apparent that he hadn't even read the updated synopsis of my health conditions on my medical record prior to my appointment, which was evidenced by him asking a highly inappropriate question. I felt very rushed to explain my complex medical picture within the very short appointment time.
I appreciate the NHS is under considerable pressure, however, patients still deserve empathetic and effective care.

Lack of respect from certain clinicians. Ask my GP is an awful system. The people don’t actually read the messages properly and do the wrong thing in response.

Absolute joke of a doctors surgery. I've lived in the village for most of my life and I am absolutely appalled at how the new administration have turned a once fantastic surgery into this. They are almost impossible to get in touch with, askmygp is rarely online and the doctors are shocking to the point that I've had to self diagnose using the NHS website. If you are new to the area then please do not even consider registering with them. If I could give zero stars then I would, they are really that bad.

Excellent Patient Care
I have to say after rereading all the reviews mostly from a couple of years ago I was very concerned to change my 87 year old aunties patient care to hear, I even rang and discussed this with them.
I have been overwhelmed by the care and consideration given to my auntie and for the medical assesment and treatment already received referrals chased up on and a nurse being sent round 30 mins after a doctor came the day before and bloods were taken for her first treatment. I am delighted to highly recomend this practice, Thankyou to you all for making my auntie feel cared for.
