I had a very positive experience when I came into the medical centre and needed help with an appointment. Sarah the admin team member was very helpful and I left feeling very grateful for her patience and act of kindness when they were needed.
I saw Dr Jetha for my appointment and he was very patient and kind. All in all over the last 2 weeks I have nothing but praise for the medical centre and my experience has always been nothing but positive when I have needed to make contact or visit.

Doctors are good - when and if you manage to talk to them.
I’ve been with this practice for over 6 years; it’s getting more and more difficult to actually talk or see a GP. The systems around are just made you to jump through hoops and loops - now you can’t even get an appointment without feeding your data through a third party AI I was never asked consent for. And even if the website states that you can request an appointment from 8am to 6:30 pm, at a quarter to 6 is already closed (and on the phone they just go ā€œoh, but it’s only open till 4:00pmā€).
Try to complain to the service manager? Emails don’t get a reply to.

Giving 3 stars just because IF you get to see/talk to a doctor, then they are generally good.

Recently moved into the area and am incredibly impressed by my new GP practice - Vale Medical centre. Appointments are easy to get and there is really good communication from the clinic. My GP Dr Mujic is fantastic - she’s kind and she’s thorough. I had an appointment with Nurse Lou today who was also brilliant and made me feel at ease.

Been at this surgery for 6 years, and their service had been excellent. Now they've moved over to online appointment bookings I get seen quickly and efficiently depending on the severity. The staff are always polite and patient and the nurse and doctor staff helpful and brilliant at helping resolve my medical issues. They even have an on-site mini surgery for mole removal and yeah I'll be very sad to leave them when I move. I also heard their reception staff speaking fluent Spanish to help someone, I was very impressed.

Ive used the practice a few times and each time have felt well looked after by the medical staff and also by the reception team. The online booking system is pretty good - no waiting on hold or trying to call at 8am, each time I've used it I've been booked an appointment within 24-48 hours and it's matched the availability I've stated. The wait time to see the Dr has varied but I appreciate that this probably depends on the severity of what you need. Overall, considering the pressure the NHS is under I think the team do a fantastic job and I hope it continues!

Brilliant surgery. Very helpful reception staff and proactive Drs. I’ve been impressed with how quickly they have treated our young son, often on the same day, but also with our own appointments. Despite how stretched the NHS is, I’ve always found them to be reasonably quick with appointments and helpful when trying to move dates etc.

I have been to the centre on several occasions and the doctors, medical and reception team are excellent. I usually am seen on time. The doctors and medical team listen and provide great advice and a pathway for next steps if needed. The lady who takes the blood samples is incredible - if you’re scared of this procedure she’s the person to see! The reception team are very helpful and efficient. I’ve been to other centres and the Vale practice has been the best. Thank you to the team!

I have been registered with this practice for many years & I’m really pleased with it. I hear many horror stories from friends & I’m always grateful that my surgery are organised & efficient.
Appointments are allocated fairly depending on the patient’s need.

My husband had two accidents whilst at work. Both times the surgery saw him the same day when they could’ve easily directed him to an urgent care centre or A&E.

The doctors, nurses & all of the clerical staff I have encountered over the years are very good.

I would 100% wholeheartedly recommend this surgery.
