At best, having a pharmacy in the same building makes life easier and more efficient.

On the bad days, you can get caught in some kind of administrative psychodrama, bounced back and forth between them. Walking up and down the stairs again and again, like a minor ghost from a Shakespearian tragedy.

You might start to break down and try to hold back the tears as you ask, again, for the right form. You can plead and lament, and get another referral up or downstairs. You may do a lot of climbing here. You may have a lot of time to think.

You might reflect on how there are no atheists in the trenches, or how the suicide rate keeps rising. You keep asking, because what else can you do now but walk up, wait, ask, walk down, wait, ask again, walk up...

You are a prisoner to your needs and your medication. You are condemned to endure.

I had mixed experiences at this surgery / pharmacy. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes, not so much.

2/5 rating, would hesitantly recommend.

This is one of the best surgery's i have ever been a patient at. I've had numerous appointments since being with them about various different things and have always found that they take your concerns seriously, respond efficiently and deal with you compassionately. I haven't got a bad word to say about them - Drs, nurses and reception staff are so helpful.

Wasn't called by anyone after a ABNORMAL result found in my blood test (I found this out myself on NHS app and had to tell surgery), Prescribed wrong medication which on the medication I was prescribed
the directions leftlet says NOT to take with my blood test results, cancelled appointment because 1 doctor got COVID after waiting 1 month, so I just got told to rebook another face to face and have to wait another 1 week minimum.

Whole surgery needs a investigation after clear unsafe practices, NEEDS every position looked at and restructure.

I have 2 little kids and the care they are receiving from this practice is outstanding in my opinion. We have never been ignored or taken not seriously. Any urgent matters are solved promptly, we have been seen on the same day many times and all doctors have been truly wonderful, listening carefully and always trying to get to the core. I truly feel my kids are safe with them. It is slightly different with adults I assume, reading so many negative comments, but in most cases I, myself, and my husband have been treated very very well too. Sometimes you have to fight a little for the appointment and it takes a lot of calling here and there but I believe this is a very oversubscribed practice and they are truly struggling at times. It’s not the issue of doctors or receptionists but probably council and country. Overall, I am very thankful to all the doctors we have ever come across and I hope they do feel appreciated. Thank you!

The decision to remove prescription requests from the phones has meant that as a disabled person, I am being told I have to walk to the practice to show ID in order to be given access to an online platform where I can request the prescription. This is utterly absurd and removing healthcare access from the most vulnerable in society.

This doctors is rubbish can’t get an emergency appointment when you need it moving. Surgery or I’ll give it less than 1 star had to go to the RUH for A&E treatment because they didn’t give me an emergency appointment

Please don’t use this practice. There incompetency levels are astonishing. They take ages to see you, they can’t process basic paperwork and I’ve been lied to by the management about the lead times, they don’t care as well as come up with absolutely bogus excuses.

If you value your health use another practice.
