Great place, great atmosphere. People are friendly and helpful (it’s a vibe but it’s a good vibe and I feel comfortable as a female here). The equipment is continually being upgraded. Solid team of personal trainers available but also suitable for people (like me) who are going it alone at the moment. Reasonably priced and very good selection of pre, during and post drinks and snacks. Protein powder, cream of rice etc all available to buy too. Very lucky to have this on my doorstep.

Best gym I’ve been to in UK. Gary and the team on the front desk are extremely welcoming and friendly. Has all the equipment you need and members that actually want to help you with your lifts as well! Great experience during my short stay in Surrey 💪🏼 would recommend!

If you died and went to Valhalla this is what the gyms would look like. Went in on a day pass and was immediately given the grand tour. Tour guide maybe spent a little longer than he needed to showing me the upstairs legs area, I was wearing short shorts so I got the hint dude. Clean, fully equipped and more plates than a Greek restaurant before opening. We’ll worth the four hour drive

I trained here when it was run by the previous owner and it was a good gym then. Since Luke/Leon have taken over it’s 100x better! The equipment is second to none and there is always new equipment being invested in the gym which is awesome. The gym floor has a friendly atmosphere and always has a good vibe about it. The staff are all very friendly and easy going and are always happy to help you out. Tons and tons of goodies on sale as well at good prices; what more do you need from a gym.

One of the best gym’s I have been to. Full of people that love to workout and train hard. Staff are really friendly and polite and also has ‘The Lick Kitchen’ outside which is really high quality food and perfect for an after workout meal. All healthy and fresh. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a new gym or to get started. 5 stars 100%..

Huge array of equipment catering for everyone’s needs. Even when it is busy there are still several options of equipment to use instead.
Bluetooth WATT bikes, as opposed to the two spin bikes which have no connection specifications, and better upgraded running machines would be a welcome addition.
Great membership rates considering the amount of equipment choice.
Stacked supplement shop and clothing on offer too. The manager, Gary, is always approachable and willing to help you out too.

Trained here lots of the years! Place is like a nice mature malt just keeps
Getting better and better, equipment is spot on (always being upgraded) doesn’t matter if you haven’t been in for a day or even 5 years the staff will always be friendly and happy to engage with conversation! Everything you need a in a gym under one roof
