The receptionists are polite and try their best but the system is appalling. Tried to get a doctor today/tomorrow and apparently the earliest appt is Mid March. 😳 What is the point with that? 🫣😢 Hopefully I can organise a locum or similar from tomorrows phone calls because it can’t be dealt with today! 🤣 I’d laugh except I’m in pain here! 🫣

Absolutely shocking surgery after explaining the importance of the situation and the need for the medication still refused to prescribe. The front desk horrifically rude and couldn’t care less either referred to 111 to be referred back to the gp to be referred back to 111 or the nicu unit absolute joke.

Dr Kaye Amin - avoid avoid avoid, she does not care and has absolutely no compassion

Impossible to make an appointment and then when you do you wait 40 minutes over your scheduled appointment time. Said my doctor was running 5 minutes late😂 Worse doctor surgery in England. The NHS is absolutely ** !

Have just had the most fantastic receptionist go above and beyond. I don't often call, or go to the doctor but I'm very happy with the service from orchard surgery when I do.

Telephone consultation with helpful & patient locum Dr. Lerner. Anxious about test results and he took the time to clearly explain the results, probable causes, and way forward. Most reassuring.

Woeful service. Haven’t seen a Dr in nearly six years and have asthma and am nearly 50. The green haired receptionist was a chore to deal with and actually started quizzing me on my symptoms in front of a queue of people! If she was a Dr I wouldn’t have minded. I guess they hire obnoxious people to scare people off and put less stress on the NHS or something. If zero stars was a option I would leave zero. I have two children so it doesn’t fill you with certainty for their future health security.

Absolutely disgusting the way the doctor & pharmacist think they have the right to refuse life saving medication.
Even though I explained how serious my situation was.
Iv Just had open heart surgery in London & had to go back to get more medication after being given a tolerance warning from the practice manager.
Absolutely disgusting.
I feel sorry for the front desk.
I would not recommend this surgery at all .
I have put a formal complaint into the CGC commission.

Absolute abomination of a surgery. My experiences are...Receptionists are rude, unempathic to individuals needs, talk over you and cut you off... GP's have equally the same endearing bedside manner about themselves too. Must be detailed as a necessary quality to have when applying for a job there...Well done - NOT!
