Been twice to this store, and we were met with politeness and curtesy each time. My husband needed a 3 wheel walker as he has Parkinson's, and I needed a collapsible left handed stick. Because I have bad arthritis in my left hand, we had to buy a gentleman's stick for the bigger sized handle. I have decorated this stick with smileys to cheer myself up as you only seem to get black sticks. Really pleased with it.

Vicky, is very polite patience with my partner’s grandma Freda, spend hour helping her to find the best mobility scooter. We tried 4 different scooter, and Freda is very happy, as she found the best mobility scooter that suit her. Freda is smiling and hopefully to have her confidence and independence back one day. Thank you so much to Vicky a great staff by making sure Freda is safe, comfortable and happy!

Excellent experience. Sales staff were very professional, very caring, friendly, kind and engaging. Excellent product knowledge and advice given by the team. Spent a lot of time with us and were genuinely keen to help and assist. Great showroom and the staff created a lovely atmosphere for the clients. A very enjoyable and beneficial experience. All the staff were great -particular mention to Jason who was brilliant and helped us enormously.

The customer care was very good (Joan).
We liked the products.
Could have done better if the prices were a bit lower but the quality was there. And it was helpful to know that the chair we bought would be delivered free of charge. (And they would remove our old chair for about £45.00)

My husband & I were greeted by Joan on entry to
the showroom. Seeing my difficulties, she immediately offered me a wheelchair, which I very much appreciated. Joan proved very knowledgeable about the huge array of walking aids available, and guided us to make the right choice for my needs. She encouraged my husband to try fitting a couple in our small car. Joan really was exceptionally helpful. As a result we bought both an indoor & outdoor device, which have since made my life a great deal easier.

I have been looking for a power wheelchair for some time. Vicky and Jason showed me Zora, which folds down easily, and fits straight into the boot of my mini. It works perfectly for me, and I could not fault either of them. Thank you both

I visited today with my mother just to take a look at rise and recliners. My mother was impressed by the chair she tried for size!. We spent an unhurried amount of time with Joseph. He encouraged my mother to try various styles and check colour options. Joseph was very attentive and patient, even allowed us the time to discuss over a cup of tea to ensure it was the right decision for my mother to proceed.
We purchased the Burlington standard rise and recliner. Mother was very happy with her final decision and we were both impressed with Joseph who is a credit to CareCo.

I purchased from there a riser recliner chair nigh on a month ago. The shop had a good selection of such chairs and the staff immediately put me at ease and let me try out their stock, all the time giving good advice. The subsequent delivery of the chair and it's assembly was carried out in an exemplary manner. A good experience all around- hence the 5 stars

I purchased a Cascade Rollator from CareCo Lancing/Brighton store . It's an excellent Rollator . Albert who gave demonstration showed how it easily folded down to make very compact so,easily fits in boot of car. I used demo model in store and outside found it very sturdy plus I folded and put in boot of car all with ease.
It comes with cup holder,walking stick holder and carry bag making it easy and neat to store.
The knowledge and helpfulness of staff in CareCo was excellent . Thank you

My disabled husband required a wheelchair. On entering Careco at the Brighton shop we were given a pleasant welcome from a member of staff named Vicky.
She was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, showing us what was in stock. My husband sat in 2/3 of the wheelchairs and Vick's patience was exceptional.
After making our decision and purchase, we were told to expect delivery in 3-5 days time. However, delivery was made the very next day to our doorstep.
The care Vicky gave and her assistance made the whole experience stress free. No wonder the company is called "Careco".

An excellent experience in every way. Vicky went above and beyond, fetching in the triwheeler I wished to replace from my car,
demonstrating my choice from your range.
My only suggestion, given the restricted parking, would be a notice outside offering a wheelchair for any client needing help to get to the door. I was alone, others might be - and I might have appreciated the service.
But, main point, great service.
