Amy has created such a gorgeous little private retreat. The sauna was so inviting on a cold stormy evening and Amy was such a lovely host. My sister, my mum and I all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to come again!

I loved my sauna experience at The Little Heat Retreat - I left feeling very relaxed and re-energised. The garden and sauna area is beautifully designed and like an oasis in the heart of Norwich! We enjoyed the full moon and time around the fire pit afterwards, it is very lovely spot to enjoy a moment of calm. Will definitely be back!

What a treat! A secluded and peaceful heaven in the heart of Norwich. Amy’s passion for what she is offering is evident in the care she puts into your experience. Beautiful home made face masks using natural organic products, delicious mocktails around the fire bowl and aromatherapy ice balls for the sauna! She even organised a full moon rising that we watched from the sauna!!

We very much enjoyed our session at Little Heat Retreat. We visited on an unseasonably chilly day so timed it well. I was worried at first because past experiences with saunas at gyms always seemed too hot and difficult to stay in for me. The temperature in the sauna was just right, not too hot. We enjoyed the aromatherapy with the infused ice balls. Birch was my favourite scent. The setting is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The alcohol free drinks in the fridge were top drawer and prompted me to look up the manufacturers, LA Brewery Kombucha and Big Drop Brewery. I look forward to going back again.

I’m officially converted to sauna life! Wow, what an incredible experience, right in the heart of Norwich. A beautiful setting and so many ‘little extras’ to make your visit a real treat (ice balls, face masks and body scrubs - all gorgeous). Highly recommended.
