The perfect date night…we did the scent hour sauna session at 7pm. It was so cosy with all the lighting and beautiful surroundings. The fresh oranges and water were a nice touch. Enjoyed a hot choc, beer and a game of cards afterwards by the river whilst keeping warm with the fire. Absolutely will be back!

WOW! I took my husband last night and we absolutely loved it — so much so that he’s now threatening to get us a monthly pass!

The staff were truly wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience.

What an incredible place, right by the river — such a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back very soon!

Super cozy and wholesome experience. The sauna and cold plunge were great, and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Afterwards we had a hot choc which was to die for, and given hot water bottles & blankets to cozy up with. Would recommend to anyone!

Had an amazing time, lovely staff. We went in the sauna and cold plunge and Fred was so helpful giving advice and tips and talking us through it. Loved the experience, really good for recovery! Will definitely be back 😁

It was my first time visiting this lovely location. We were served by Gareth (aka Goose) who greeted us with kindness and hospitality, he felt warming to chat to. He served us a couple of delicious biscoff hot chocolates. I’ll definitely be returning again!

The most magical place in Norwich. I cannot praise Lee and the team for what they have created here 😍
This is my favourite place in Norwich, the drinks are delicious and the Toasties and Soup are tasty, too!

Unique sauna set up, easily accessible, easy parking. Use of sauna hat, plunge barrels, and end with soup and a toastie by a firepit under a canopy with blankets, super friendly too.

I rarely make time for recovery within my vigorous exercise regime. Equally I don’t socialise as a mainly non drinker. This place has given me somewhere to come alone or with friends to do both of those things!

The canopy is cosy, food and drink is amazing, saunas are luxury wood burning ones with fabulous views over the river. The staff will make you feel welcome like your a friend. They have thought of everything!!! Cosy blankets, cushions, fire pits, heaters, marshmallows to toast, water and oranges after your sauna, cold plunge barrels, changing rooms.

What a a gem of a place!! I have tried the scented sauna, cold plunge barrels, toasties, marshmallows and hot chocolate, all incredible!
