I was a bit nervous to try floatation therapy today, but Ben was SO welcoming and explained everything really thoroughly. (I was also relieved that there was gentle lighting inside the pod, and you can pick the colour/have it on a loop/switch it off!) The experience was absolutely incredible - I've never felt so relaxed!!! A much-needed break in a hectic week. I've already decided to join a monthly membership. Can't wait to come back ASAP 🥰

The Float team were amazing. From beginning to end, their efforts were really appreciated. Myself and my sister had a floatation experience for the first time and they soon made you feel welcomed and comfortable. The actual experience is well worth it, but the personal interaction from both Ben and Sara was lovely. Booked to go again at the end of the experience.

I have to say I really love this place. The team are so welcoming, friendly and the benefits from the cyro chamber are endless for me. It has helped me sleep better, energy is better, less pain (autoimmune) skin tone/ less cellulite and not to mention unseen effects like stronger immunity and strength in the body. I am actually really grateful I have found such a great environment to stay well in.

Tried phoning you 5 times today, Saturday 2pm - 4.30pm, as I wanted to buy a gift voucher and needed to know if it’s sent via post or email. If I can’t get hold of you how is the recipient of the gift voucher going to?

Was desperately needing this float today after a long night up with my little boy. Felt totally relaxed and drifted away during my float. The sorbet and tea was worth the wait. Felt very welcomed today.

Had a great first float at Float Norwich.

From the moment I walked in, the lady on reception was very helpful and polite, made me feel very relaxed. She answered all my questions happily, and explained everything really well.

Had a go in the massage chair which was great! Wish I could have one in my house. The Float itself was really relaxing. There's a shower in the room for before and after. They provide a bottle of fresh water and a clean flannel in the pod, which turned out to be essential after I accidentally got some of the water in my eye when I was getting in. After some serene music and instructions on how to get into a relaxed state of mind, I completely zoned out in the dark... it was awesome. The 30 minutes of silence and darkness seemed to go by in a flash, and then you are gently brought back to reality with the same relaxing music.

All in all, it was a really nice experience. I will definitely go again and recommend it to my family & friends.

A wonderful experience. We felt relaxed and pampered and the staff could not have been more helpful. I've been telling anyone who will listen, go and try it out it's such a fabulous way to spend a morning. Look forward to going to float again and to trying out the cryo and the sauna. Highly recommended 🙂

Went with my 18yr old niece who helped me into the pod due to my disability, but was able to get out on my own ok. Veeery relaxing...i imagine its the closest thing to zero gravity & having MS that was sooo nice. Ben was very helpful & gave a good explanation on everything. Thanks so much! Will be back.
