I have complex health needs and came to Bicester Health Centre because my previous surgery was awful. BHC has been completely different - very caring, friendly and helpful. Sometimes admin mistakes are made because my situation is complicated and staff are under a lot of pressure. However the receptionists, doctors, clinical pharmacist and everyone always respond well to sorting things out. They give me time and compassion - that makes a huge difference in very difficult times. Thank you to all.

The best doctors surgery in bicester, never had a problem here and can always get an appointment within a short time frame. The surgery has check in kiosks so you don't have to wait in the same queue for reception. It's also rare to wait too long past your appointment time to be seen by the doctor.

Reception staff terrible going thru private medical history of my child and loudly making comments between each other and pharmacy staff, very unhelpful, rude, with no manners, thinking they have more knowledge than GP, i have to report them for medical private data breach!!! Luckily i have recorded them what they have been saying, they are liars.!!!!!

Excellent service. A GP (unrequested) phoned me this morning to discuss my blood pressure. And then my kidney function (she had all the relevant test results). It all went very well . And when she put the phone down, I received a text message offering me a shingles vaccine, which is now fixed for three days' time. So thanks again for a very efficient, friendly service.

After having cold and constant headache for for a month I attempted to call Bicester health centre
I got told that there are 13 people before the can take my call. I was waiting 45 minutes when finally it was only one more person before me. However when I assumed that it’s my time to ask help for my constant headache they just Hang up the call!
Absolutely furious and find such service wholly useless !!!! I would not even give one star when I have to experience such care from Health professionals !
