Watton Medical Practice

This morning at 8am where i filled in the online form. At 10am i received an email to say they had reached there full capacity, to phone the surgery the next day or fill in the online form. Although this has happened on many occasions, I try not to make contact unless absolutely necessary. I considered my request to see a doctor valid, it appears not by WMP and therefore i am still in pain. I understand i am not alone and question why this is the case, is it bad management i wonder. Trying to make contact with the Practice Manager is impossible. Here i am in enormous amount of pain and unable to see a local doctor. I suppose writing on here is the only way to vent ones anger. I believe the Practice needs a complete over haul. My son lives in Bungay, he can call his surgery, be given an appointment and if medication is needed, he can then take his prescription straight to the pharmacy where he collects his medication. Watton Medical Practice, How long do we have to suffer ?

Don't need to use the Dr that first time in 15 years so don't use them much. So when I had to see a Dr with my bad ear killing me with pain and would need something. 30 min on the phone told to come in 30 minutes and I was in and out within 25 minutes so no problems with me every Dr,s is having problems in the country untill ppl do something nothing will change open your eyes ppl look how watton has changed and not for the better at all open your eyes please ppl

The whe system here is flawed. I call in for a appointment I'm told to request a appointment at 8.30am the next day and I'm told to do so online. I request one first thing online and I'm later told they've reached full capacity and to try again the next day. This has happened multiple times. I already have aniexty when it comes to doctors and reaching out because I need help then continually getting none despite seeking it and even seeking it the way you have asked me to, is really making it worse. Please sort your system so that people are able to get appointments and get help from a doctor.

Had appointments cancelled twice ,apparently due to doctor illness! I was in bad pain with my prostate for months and it turned out to be prostate cancer! Also one of the receptionists was one of the rudest people i have ever met!

Sat on phone for 50 minutes to speak to reception from position 6. Maybe the surgery could implement a system should a caller be waiting, the call diverts to other extensions and answered, with a digital display showing number of calls waiting for staff. Once through receptionist are always polite and helpful, it’s the firewall of waiting.

Had to call the surgery with difficulties in breathing. Within less than an hour I had seen a doctor who diagnosed a lung infection. Had to return after a few days as it hadn’t cleared up totally. They are how taking blood tests etc not leaving a stone unturned I have to say that I think the surgery have gone the extra mile to help me. So pleased that Watton medical practise is my medical practise feeling safe in there hands Thanks to all the staff

For some time now, I've been struggling with shoulder pain. When I requested a visit, I had to wait another two weeks to see the physiotherapist. The physiotherapist concluded that I need to exercise for 16 weeks. I told him it's due to the excess work I do, and in this case, it won't help. I know this because I sought help privately. I think these specialists have fake credentials and lack independent thinking; they just wait for the computer to tell them what to do. It's a disaster. Having millions worth of equipment for X-rays and rehabilitation that remains unused because of such clowns makes it difficult to be referred anywhere. You have to do it privately, which costs a lot. So, what are our taxes going for?!

Was told by a lady called "jasmine" at reception on call today that I could go in to watton medical practice to sort out my repeat medication request as i couldnt get it sorted online for the enquiry as they dont accept calls for it on the telephone. Due to security reasons apparently. But when I got there i was told by a different receptionist that they can't sort out my medication need and that it needs to be sorted by a Dr wasting my travel time to get there from wicklewood!!!! They need to get some receptionists who know what they are actually talking about before they work behind a desk...
