Always receive a good service from reception staff and Doctors. I can usually get an appointment on the same day if not the next day. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Waited 2,5 hours for a phone call appointment that took 1 min. To be told that they will send the online form (that I submitted) to the specialist. Even though I filled in the form a week ago. So why do I need a phone call for something that could be done automatically?! The communication between the GP and the receptionist is lacking

Unable to sort out a simple prescription despite contacting the practice on a monthly basis requesting the change be made. Despite guarantees it would be changed, it has somehow been messed up even more.

I can not find anywhere on the website to submit a complaint.

This GP practice is the worst nightmare. I would give zero, as they even do not deserve any star. Doctors are very unhelpful, ignorant, incompetent and not interested to do their jobs. My daughter is 8 years old. She is suffering from eczma for years now. The Doctors are just dennying the fact that they could help or refer to a specialist. Instead they have pointed their finger toward us that it is our fault or the child's. In one instance, one of the doctors suggested to move to a different country if I need a cure of my child's eczma. This is just one example. I could have write some many others. This behaviour is totally unprofessional and unexceptable.

If I could give this place a 5 star for being the worst GP surgery I would. I have had a few problems since giving birth and dr Jabin has been very dismissive for 3 years, puts it down to being gassy and bloated and just prescribes me with temporary medication which also cannot be on repeat as it is not advisable to take it for longer and always watching the clock instead of actually being helpful and sympathetic. She also becomes quite argumentative during the appointment when you try to fully explain your symptoms she comes up with “I am the doctor here and I have this many years of experience”. However, I feel as though my previous appointment with her was good and thorough only because of a medical student being there and she was extremely helpful with listening to me attentively. It is almost impossible to get a same day appointment and when you do manage to get one it’s after a few weeks!! Getting a face to face appointment with a dr is like finding a needle in the haystack. There are a few receptionists there who are very incompetent and hardly even understand what you are saying over the phone and need to constantly repeat myself, very unprofessional!! Farzana one of the receptionist there has always been helpful since I joined this surgery 3 years ago. Hopefully will be leaving this place soon!!

People at the reception unempathetic, not willing to help, always creating handicaps to simple requirements. An absolute nightmare to see a doctor, only over the phone and after one week. Very bad experiences here.

I spoke to the doctor this morning for my 18 month old son as he was ill since Saturday last week never got an appointment till today and once again my son is better before he could receive the medical advice needed. This afternoon I had an appointment as Iv had a viral infection for a week can't feel my body. Feel like I'm swallowing a bowling ball and they are refusing me antibiotics until Monday. (I need to call back) the sergery is absolutely useless. Will be changing doctors as soon as I can get in somewhere else
