I had a skin care problem and needed a couple of lesions removing. Knowing that Dr Jenni practices cryotherapy I made arrangements for a course of treatment. I found making the appointment was very straight forward and professional and the treatment was carried out by Dr Jenni herself. The treatment was virtually painless. The clinic itself is a spotlessly clean very welcoming relaxed environment in a very nice building located in a peaceful but convenient countryside location. Consequently I would not hesitate to use Dr Jenni and her staff again as and when the need arises.

After months of what could be described as ‘medical gaslighting’ by NHS GPs, I have finally found Dr Naomi, who was both honest and knowledgeable about HRT to support my bone health. I left my appointment with optimism and confidence.
The whole process was easy and pleasant. All of the team were welcoming and friendly and there is a real culture of ‘women supporting women’
After 3 years of misery on synthetic hormones- with symptoms that numerous NHS GPs minimised or dismissed- I now feel very lucky to have been told about Dr Naomi by a friend.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the costs which were far lower than I expected them to be so thank you to the whole team at The Menopause Company 🙂

First time having the hay fever injection. I was pleasantly surprised with the clinic, clean, tidy and had a very calming atmosphere. I went with my partner who’s sometimes a little nervous with needles the Dr was happy for us to both go in at the same time.
The injection was in the buttock, we had to stand and slightly lower our waistband. I genuinely didn’t feel a thing.
Almost a month on and I’m not getting any hay fever symptoms, no side affects from the injection. I will have this every year now and thoroughly recommend.

I knew I had to source support as the health changes I was experiencing were having such a negative impact on my day to day life. I booked my appointment with Doctor Naomi to have a one to one appointment. This was the best decision I had made in a long time. I had my hay fever injection last year having suffered badly for years, with restless days and sleepless nights. This was the best £100 I have ever spent. It was absolutely invaluable and I haven't suffered at all until this year. Just had another injection today and as always, the staff are incredible. Beautiful clinic, clean, modern and welcoming. Every member of staff was so friendly, would recommend going here to anyone. If you suffer badly with hay fever, do not wait until you're at your worst.

I've just had my hayfever injection and I felt nothing! I didn't even know that Dr. Naomi had done anything. I suffer with an anxiety disorder so I was very anxious upon arrival but I felt so much better when I entered the building because its such a calming atmosphere and the decor is so beautiful, especially the water feature! My anxiety was so bad that I nearly chickened out of having the injection but Dr Naomi answered all of my questions and I didn't feel pressured at all to go ahead with the injection, she even offered for me to come back another day when my anxiety was lower. However I decided to have my injection anyway. I can't believe I didn't feel anything! I am yet to experience the benefits of the injection since I only had it an hour ago so will post another review later on

Having suffered hay fever for 50 years, I do not know why I never had this injection before. It has completely changed my life this summer, I now love the smell of grass, I could never go near it, I do not go out looking that I am consistently crying, I do keep saying to my husband, sorry if I boring you but I can't believe how different I feel, his response is no you not boring me, I am just so happy to see how this has worked for you. I shall definitely be booking my appointment for next March. £95.00 best money I ever spent. Thankyou sooooo much, wonderful staff and ease of booking and injection X
