Relatively new at this surgery and have received helpful and kind treatment from the receptionists, most of the GPs are very supportive. Martin the paramedic is excellent and I found him to be lovely. Doctor Olawale in particular is always kind, friendly and goes the extra mile. I did a previous review after seeing him, as I was impressed with him as he was so thorough. The review is not visible on here?

Having been in the same local surgery for over 40 years, we moved home and registered with Arlington Road a few months ago. Absolutely delighted so far - no complaints at all. A calm, clean building - welcoming atmosphere (including the receptionists who are so often vilified by the public!) and both GPs I have seen have been attentive, relaxed and helpful. What isn't to like - especially in today's primary care which is struggling after so many cuts to the NHS and the recent pandemic? Well done to everyone in Arlington Road Surgery.

Some great people in their team, but when they call why have they changed it to Rajap Dr T I showing up on phone? Any wonder patience might not pick up. Then you try to rearrange chase or book a follow up it's frustratingly difficult to do anything. Ultimately I feel there is not point in having health checks here because the information from these can easily go nowhere and you'd be better off without the stress.

Never had a bad experience with this surgery. Can usually get seen quickly in an emergency. Feel really listened to by my GP and the phlebotomist team are excellent (I’m bloodphobic so that is saying something!)

Been having upper back pain and some chest pain. Went for a walk on Monday 4th of March, had to return back.
On the way back we stopped at doctors surgery, i spoke to the receptionist, Asian i believe, told her my serious symptoms, her immediate reply was, do you have an appointment? I said no, her reply was "this is not a walk in surgery". Absolutely disgraceful and heartless reply.
Next day saw this amazing doctor, Dr Attouchi, wow the service ever after Dr Fee. She sent me for an ECG, blood test and a hospital referral.
God bless you Dr Attouchi and shame on you receptionist.

Amazing GP service, reception staff are always very friendly and accommodating with appointments when I ring. The staff I’ve met are all lovely and have made me feel comfortable. Smooth process every time, highly recommend this GP!

Got through and got an appointment in 10 minutes at 8:30 on a Monday morning - so don't judge this practice by people whining about how long it takes to get through.
Incidentally, I am struggling to get my head around the previous review. He complained about waiting but was happy to turn up late and expect other people to wait for him!
This is a good practice with well trained, motivated staff.

This surgery is the best that I have ever experienced. The reception team are friendly, professional and conscientious. The GPs that I have seen have all been very attentive and supportive in managing my chronic conditions, and I have confidence that I can get an appointment when I need it. It would certainly be a 5* review if the over-zealous appointment triage policy was reviewed. If someone reports a lump, for example, a telephone triage shouldn't be necessary as the assessment is exactly the same over the phone, just minus the physical examination.
