As a result of meeting Tania at a drop in at the Centre last summer I have been visiting her for massage on a regular basis. She has sorted out various aches and pains in my back and neck and is now concentrating on my legs which have been giving me problems for a very long time. I am extremely grateful that her talents have helped me on the way to becoming pain free. I would highly recommend the Centre.

I have been a regular visitor for a couple of years. I found the clinic when looking for a Reiki practitioner. Jean is amazing and I highly recommend her Reiki sessions. Also, the massages given by Tania are out of this world. A very welcoming Clinic that makes you feel at home.

Since discovering this haven of tranquillity, I have noticed a great improvement in my physical wellbeing and have gained the confidence to start exercising again after many busy years caring for family members and forgetting to look after my own needs. Tania's massages and nutritional advice have been extremely helpful. Both Tania and Eileen have encouraged me to join SPARKS ( a Sunday morning boot camp for the over 50s) which has given me a new lease of life. So pleased I came across this Centre when I moved to Romsey a couple of years ago.

I first met Tania when my health was not too good and she took me through a process to look at my eating habits and regain my internal body balance. Excellent process and I now have a massage with Tania to maintain my feeling of wellness - a haven of goodness in Romsey!

I have been having massages with Tania for many years now. She is undoubtably the best massage therapist I've ever used. I've also had Reiki sessions at the centre which are wonderful too.

A wonderful hidden gem in Romsey. The treatments are always amazing and the service from Tania is personal and professional! Wide range of treatments on offer, from the traditional to more holistic. I would highly recommend a visit.

Reiki with Jean is fabulous. Each session is relaxing and enlightening and I leave feeling energised. I cannot speak highly enough of Jean and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her. My only complaint is I can’t go more often !
