The level of care received by a family friend of mine is an absolute disgrace. No care or attention is being paid to them and their clothes have all gone missing.
Last visit I found them crying in their room, completely wet and I'm not sure she's even been spoken to in the last week.
Do not send any loved ones here.

They are all very very nice and caring. Rooms are a bit small. Lovely surroundings and an excellent garden.
The biggest downside is that they use Parkbury House Surgery that used GPs that do not visit!
They do have good facilities for early dementia but if the residents' health declines they cannot provide nursing care.
Like us, the resident has to then be re-homed.
