First time here ! I was on photo shoot ! Reception when you walk in very friendly and shown me where event was ! The building is truly amazing. Amazing swimming pool the facilities must be amazing ! A lot of people have told me is fantastic! The rooms they have to rent out are amazing! They do have an open roof top as well ! Try it for your self enjoy the pictures!

The bowling is really good and reasonably priced.
We went with four generations of our family and had a great time, however you only get exactly 1 hour of bowling and it’s such a shame because it does not allow you to finish your game if you have four people or more on a lane.
You do get your score at the end, but it would be better if you could at least finish off the game before it shuts down.

All in one. You want to take your family out to bowling or play area but need to squeeze a gym session or sauna/steam room? Then this is the place for you. Honestly great staff and amenities. Cheap parking. Massive shopping fort near it. 2min drive or 7min walk. All of sorts of shopping including a Nando’s! But great location as well. Just off the motorway.

I’m not normally the kind of person to do this… but…

Today, a Saturday in January, I took my two kids to the soft play here. Before leaving I had checked the website to see the sessions and we were aiming to get there for the half 11 to half 1 slot. It’s 45mins for us as I was using public transport. We arrived around 20 past 11 only to be told we couldn’t use the soft play because there was a party and it was at capacity until 4pm. It’d be pretty harsh to give a 1 star review for that, and I’m not. The reason for the 1 star is the attitude of the person working on reception. She was very condescending, implying I was a fool for thinking that they would have space in the winter. And in a customer facing role I really don’t think the phrase “it is what it is” should be used on potential customers (particularly those with two upset children in tow) I’ve been here before for a kids party and was told it can’t be booked out so was surprised to hear that had changed. I considered staying for bowling but honestly the attitude of the staff member left such a sour taste that I left and won’t be back.

Had a kids party in the soft play. The baby/toddlers highchairs was still a mess from the use before. You pay a good few hundred and the staff wasn't very polite or friendly. Other than that, the food was great!

Great staff and the facilities are great.
If you’re a half decent swimmer don’t expect to get a session in the fast lane. People happily trundle along doing breaststroke very slowly making it quite dangerous if you’re to overtake. Obviously if you’re the swimmer that’s overtaking and you give someone an accidental smack in the face it’ll be you that’s to blame, so I’d avoid swimming here if you’re of a decent standard.

Hyperbowling experience today with the Grandchildren....highly recommend!! Very reasonably priced compared to other nearby bowling premises. Amazing selection of games, which suit different ages within the family, and very helpful staff. Clean....and the entire centre looked to be amazing.

Tuesday night late swim 9pm- blonde older lady on the desk with glasses, stayed sat down not looking up from her computer talking loudly to her colleague on shift (young brown hair). Stood right at the desk for almost 5 minutes and not once did she look up or shut up to ask my name. The younger girl was looking right at me and kept trying to ask but this other rude receptionist wouldn’t give her the chance, eventually the young woman spoke up and alls I got from the blonde haired woman was “NAME” nothing else. Still not looking up. Absolutely awful environment and welcome, pool is also getting dirtier and dirtier every time I go. Honestly, the team need making aware on the front desk that the first impressions count and to at least look up and acknowledge people. If I wasn’t in a rush I genuinely would’ve said something to her.
