Staff are very rude and not receptive at all, I had just spoken to Sam I believe regarding a complaint of the treatment of a family member and was straight up told to take it up with someone cares and was rudely locked off on. All of their current 5 star reviews are by staff of Symbiosis. Fraudulent indian owned company which explains the lack of quality in care and inability to be honest.

Terrible company with their staff. Refused to give referencing and refused to re-employ because of stupid personal reasons and not professional reasons.

It feels like they have no regard for vulnerable individuals. The staff seem indifferent, and the owner, Ian Bond, comes across as an opportunist with a tendency to be untruthful. I don’t recommend at all.
