I have a recurring shoulder problem resulting from an injury from years ago. Holly is the only person who has been able to keep the mobility in my shoulder and arm. As a result I'm able to use it as normal, something couldn't do without Holly's knowledge and help. Highly recommended to everyone.

I had got to the point of thinking no one could relieve Graham of his constant back pain, which was caused through a work injury 15 years ago, making him a slightly miserable husband. But Holly with an appointment once a month has brought back his mobility and ability to play sport again which he never thought was a possibility This in turn makes him a happier person Thank You Holly.

This has to be the best therapist I have visited over the years.
I have visited many therapist for sport massaging as I so a lot of sport and tend to suffer of stiffness and lower back issues.
Holly is a great professional that knows what she is doing and she doesn't do only sports massage but acupuncture and other treatments.
I recently visited her and helped me with a few knots and an issue with my lower back that my chiropractor could not resolve.
Holly is also an amazing person.
100% recommend Sussex Massage Therapy.
