Tracy is amazing, I have always been a little nervous and would avoid going to the dentist. Tracy immediately put me at ease and now I attend regularly. I’ve just joined the practice and had a great first visit. The dentist and hygienist were both very professional and it was very quick and easy to arrange future appointments. So far, so good. The reception team is also very friendly and accommodating.

Tracy has got to be one of the best dentist I have had. I got a filling with her today. Tracy went above and beyond to make me feel at ease with the procedure , she was gentle yet proficient which made the experience so pleasant. Her college Sophie was also very lovely welcoming and thorough .

They were great to start with, but the past year, their customer service has become atrocious, I book appointments and then spend over an hour waiting to be seen for less than 5 minutes. It's not acceptable, and I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I have tried to contact them for days now to cancel an appointment and to tell them, but they won't pick up, hence another reason for leaving. I recommend avoiding it.

I’ve been with the Stamford dental care for 3 to 4 years and never had a bad experience. The staff are so kind. I’ve seen Dr. Parita Jaitu for Most of my treatment and I’ve been highly satisfied she puts you at ease in the chair and the end product is very good so well done to her and all the staff thank you very much Paul Russell😀
