Such a lovely urgent treatment center. I was very anxious and worked up over an issue I had including a bug invading my ear. Anthony Mason and a lovely nurse with him calmed me down and did all they could to help. I'd honestly have lost the plot if they weren't so professional and caring. Thankyou so much.

I was seen at the Stamford and Rutland for an urgent referral from my GP. The plastic surgery consultant was extremely thorough and booked me in for the necessary pre surgery tests which will be complete by the end of the week. Very grateful to Peterborough City Hospital, too, for making all the arrangements promptly and efficiently.

Went today 16/8/24 to have a splinter removed from under finger nail. Got seen quickly and the nurse who dealt with me was amazing. Thank you soon much

Attended this hospital Friday afternoon for my daughter and from the moment we walked in the receptionists were bubbly and easy to have a laugh with, had to register my daughter got sent down to the MIU (minor injuries unit). This place was peaceful, quiet, astonishingly clean, my daughter was seen within half hour / 45 mins max. The staff were AMAZING so kind and helpful, gave my daughter gas and air and sat there and giggled with her😂😂😂, X-rays were done in SECONDS. The whole experience was incredible, would definitely rate 10/10 absolutely faultless. Thank you to everyone who helped my daughter would definitely go back and recommend!!!

I have attended minor injuries, x-ray, physiotherapy, phlebotomy, and orthotics within the past year, and each time, I have been very happy with my treatment and the care that I received. Staff are professional, kind, and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. As a retired NHS nurse, I feel particularly pleased to be leaving such a glowing recommendation.

Went in for an injured knee. Couldn’t walk or anything got told to see my GP after I had seen my GP. The women who saw me was disgustingly rude. Refused to even look.

I'm surprised to see free parking! I've been used to NHS hospitals requiring paid parking, so this was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of spaces: I visited midweek morning. Needed blood tests, so clinic A (building to the left) was easy to find and queuing system was straightforward (grab a ticket, sit in the waiting room and wait for your number to be called). It was early morning so it wasn't particularly busy, only two people ahead of me. From start to finish it took 13 mins! Nice and friendly staff. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
