The optician named Mimi (Mihaela) is one of the best I've ever come across. She was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with choosing glasses that fit both my aesthetic preferences and practical needs. Initially, I felt like no glasses would suit me, but after Mimi's help, I struggled to choose because everything she suggested was perfect. She also assisted with my eye tests alongside another doctor, and the entire process was very thoroughly done. 100% recommend

I had a great experience here following my eye test, I needed a new pair of lenses, there were loads of variety of frames to chose from. I had amazing help from Sajeda throughout my time there. She was very helpful, attentive, kind and smiley. Thank you for a smooth sailing experience.

I had an excellent experience at this branch. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly, kind and efficient. I haven't been in for years and its so improved since I was last here. Cool and calm, and well organised.
I will definitely go back again. Special thanks to lovely Jia who did my full eye test, and to the other very staff who helped me with my glasses.

I usually have good experiences with this branch, however I am very disappointed with their current dealing with my request. I have a direct debit account with them for my monthly contact lens and have recently experienced a tear on one of the lenses. I called for a replacement a week ago, something i am entitled to under my subscription. One week on and I am still waiting for it to arrive. For anyone who wears contacts regularly knows how important it is for them to get about their everyday.

I had a contact lense tutorial appointment on Thursday 24th October. I was met by a friendly lady called Sajeda who patiently sat with me for 45 minutes. At first it took me several attempts to put the contacts in and take them out. She was so helpful and advised me that with practice I would get better. She put me at ease and after 3 tries of taking the lenses in and out Sanjeda was satisfied that I could take them home and get used to wearing the lenses.
We need more Sanjeda"s in this world, small things in life would be easier.
I had an eye test straight after by an optician called Samit he was equally as friendly and helpful. My vist to this Specsavers was a breath of fresh air. Very different from another experience I had with a different Optitians. I would definitely recommend my friends and family.

I had an brilliant experience at this branch. I have been to a number of branches and this is my favourite. They were professional and when I was had a problem they took up a great deal of time to fix it. A special shout out to Shaz and Mariam who sorted everything out, to Neelam who helped me choose and to Aysha for a thorough examination. I live abroad and will definitely return to this branch. Well done!
