In-Focus Opticians

Great place only been twice and they help me alot as i suffer from Health anxiety they put my mind at rest both times. The reception staff are brilliant to all the staff are very kind and also the eye doctors he/she are great two definitely recommend this place forget other places the one in bethnal green lovely all i can aay is thanks for this you help me when i was struggling.

Superb opticians! I have issues with my eyes and they sorted my problems. The service and staff were wonderful. Also got some brilliant glasses that are comfortable, functional and good style. I would highly recommend.

In focus have been my opticians for many years! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences! They have put lenses in many of my frames, some more complicated than others! They are friendly fast and brilliant at what they do! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have received amazing service and treatment from this company since the start. I called in today to see if they do sunglass repairs, in which I was warmly greeted and told I could come in right away. When I arrived the receptionist and Lillian (?) greeted me and helped me immediately. After I left my sunglasses they called me back quickly to pick them up. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Been with them since I was little and I can confidently say that there service and behaviour towards you is always very polite and professional, they take there time and make sure that you have understood everything

Nice selection of glasses but very overpriced and lenses are expensive and very poor quality. Spent £800 after discount on 2 pairs of glasses. One pair was tinted which I was persuaded to get (even though I didn't really want them) and after wearing them once the tint had a bad mark on them through no fault of my own. Contacted them 2 weeks after purchasing and they would not replace f.o.c and wanted to charge me another £125 (apparently half price) to replace with non tinted lenses. Not impressed. Avoid at all costs.

The staff here are amazing! I was having problems with my left eye and when my usual optician was fully booked, I walked into this place and was seen straight away. The care I recieved was swift and when the problem was found, I was referred to hospital requiring urgent care. I can't thank them enough, they helped me when I was in pain and feeling upset. I definitely recommend for everyone to join here.
