Shilu clearly knows her physiotherapy well. She was thorough in asking questions to ascertain the problem. She was thorough in her assessment of the physical problem and explained it ro me. She explained exactly what she was doing and why. I felt I was in the hands of a very capable professional. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I cannot recommend Shilu John highly enough. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very ‘hands-on’. I have seen numerous physios over the last 4 years. Private and NHS. None of whom made any difference.
Shilu is in a different league, holistic and passionate. She has given me my life back. I am eternally grateful to her.

This lady really knows her business. After just two treatments I was completely pain free and Shilu diagnosed my nerve problem quickly and accurately which was then confirmed with an MRI scan. What I really like is how Shilu will take the time to explain precisely what is going on and will illustrate from text books. I cannot recommend Shilu highly enough.
