Wow! The Beccles Specsavers is amazing. The team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technology they use is second to none. There is no other optician to go to. Fantastic

Need new glasses and wanted a local branch of a big chain, for reliability. Didn't expect Specsavers to come to a small town like Beccles. Thought I'd give them a try. Very pleased; professional staff, latest technology including laser retina scan, optician was very knowledgeable. Not perfect, couple of minor things like canned music in the waiting room, but overall very good. Will definitely go to them the next time I need an optician.

The staff were welcoming and friendly.
I was experiencing a problem with one of my eyes and the optician explored every aspect of the test results to get to the cause. He did not want me to leave until he knew what the cause of the problem was - I was very impressed.
The glasses were ready within a short time, at a good price and are exactly what I needed.
I will definitely be back in the future when my eye test needs to be done again.

I was very concerned about my hearing .hearing problems run in my family ..beccles specsavers tested my ears and put my mind at rest . I was treated very fair .everything was explained very well to me .thankyou so much excellent service .
