I bought a package of laser hair removal at the start of the year. Half way through my treatment the company had gone into liquidation and been bought out by another company. I am told I can’t get a refund and my remaining 4 sessions I’ve already paid for are not valid. If I want to get it done when they re-open, I have to get another patch test and pay for it in full
AGAIN. I’ve been screwed over, they have stolen £180 of my money and I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do. Absolute disgrace of a company and they are having a laugh if they think I’m going to give them another £345 for more treatments.

Great experience. I have not visited a skin clinic in the UK before and the ladies explained everything very clearly to me. The service is both informative and very comfortable. I've had laser hair removal with Aurelija and injectables with Mr Mathur. I'm delighted with the results! The injectables were subtle and tailored to what I wanted and needed. All the staff here are skilled, professional, and friendly. The clinic manager, Susan, is always welcoming and very knowledgeable. Very highly recommended!
