I have tried everything over the years and have visited many people and specialists to help improve my foot pain but nothing I tried had helped. I found James online, read his website which says “if you’ve tried everywhere and everything else JE will be your last port of call” and no truer word has ever been spoken! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and finally treat my foot pain, something no one has managed before. The new PHTS insoles he has created are far superior to anything else I’ve ever tried. And believe me I have tried lots! His treatments have made life-changing improvements to my everyday life; from simple things like walking and playing around in the garden with my children to helping me get back onto court as a coach in my sports profession and to be able to compete at a high level once more. I could not recommend him more for the positive impact he has had on my life through treating my feet.

I am a keen runner but I had been suffering from a number of injuries that had prevented me from enjoying my running. James's service were recommended to me by a fellow Park Runner. James put me back together following a number of sessions using dry needling, soft tissue massage and acupuncture. He has kept me injury free and enabled me to complete a 4 month training programme to run in the 2023 London marathon, and to run a respectable time. I continue to visit James and I have found him knowledgeable and understanding of the treatment I require. I have recommended James's service to family and friends.

I cannot recommend James highly enough. I took my son with a football injury whereby James undertook dry needling to speed recovery for a forthcoming match. The treatment was excellent, a complete success, enabling my son to undertake full training and compete in a national semi final within a matter of days. I first met James after my doctor said there was no issue with my shoulder - that was nearly two years ago. Since then, I've been monthly and had hardly any issues. Within the last year, he introduced me to orthotics - great detailed scan procedure - and since I received mine, it feels both totally natural to have these in my shoes and odd when I forget to swap them over. Would definitely recommend visiting him if you have any aches or pains; go with an open mind too - I never thought about what I understood as acupuncture but his dry needling has been great to relieve tension in various muscle groups.

I went to see James as I've been suffering from debilitating heel and foot pain for several months. On the first visit he scanned my feet to analyse my posture and gait. I've since had two treatments of acupuncture in my foot and calf and already I'm noticing a marked difference in reduced pain. He is also creating Orthotic insoles for me meaning pain-free walking which I'm very much looking forward to! James is extemely knowledgeable and professional and I'd recommend his service without hesitation.

I have been suffering a lot from high hamstring tendinopathy and as a runner it was getting me down and it was also starting to affect my walking, I was recommended to see James and from the start of meeting him I felt relaxed and in good hands. I have now been having dry needling, acupuncture and massage from James and Im now feeling a big difference in my walking (which is now pain free) and I have started to run again. I have also been fitted for phits insoles. James definitely knows his stuff and always explains everything to you. I can highly recommend James and all of his treatments which he specialises in.
