Waste of £900. Fat freezing treatment does not work. They clearly know it’s a con which is why they’ve put a no refund clause in. See photos over a 10 week treatment plan.

Marina carried out my hair removal treatment today. I felt very heard by marina, she took her time to make sure I was happy with the treatment. She was very polite and answered every question I asked. After my treatment was complete she took extra time to find me information I requested. All staff I have spoken to at the clinic are very welcoming, polite and professional! Thank you.

I would not recommend this clinic. I purchased 8 sessions of laser hair removal, at least 4 of these sessions were cancelled. They do not call you to re-book, you have to get in contact with them to do so. They say you need to have sessions every 4 weeks but often can't fit you in for this due to staff sickness/annual leave.

My last appointment was cancelled and I was unable to re-schedule for some time, and was then told it had been too long and my package had ran out (they give you a year, I was a week over) I explained why I had been unable to do so and they said there was nothing they could do.

The staff In the clinic are really nice but the company's customer service is awful. Go somewhere else.

Bought 8 sessions of hair removal on sale. The first few sessions were good, with people that came across as trained and caring about how much pain I was in. They would slow down to make the pain more manageable. Then the staff started rotating more quickly. The sessions are meant to be done every six weeks but I got out of synch due to lack of trained staff. The last few sessions were difficult, the staff didn't feel as well experienced or caring. I wouldn't recommend going there for hair removal. Pay more or don't have it done until you've saved up.

I bought 3 treatments in October 2022 after having my first 3 treatments there. I bought online and every time I tried to book they said it had not been processed by the Bristol clinic yet, this went on for months of me calling.
After getting fed up I then requested can they please just refund me the money (almost £300) since they are not capable of booking me in for treatment. They said this was fine and a refund would be processed straight away. Since then I have called at least 100x and sent multiple emails. Each time I have called they have said that the refund wasn’t processed and they are sorry and they will get it sorted in the next 10 days, they have even taken my bank details multiple times. All of my emails have been ignored. The treatment I originally paid for it was advised this should be completed consecutively within a time frame and now I have lost that as well so the original money I spent on the treatment has also been wasted. I have never experienced customer service like this in my entire life.

I have been really disappointed by skin clinic. I have been waiting 15 years to finally have the money to afford to have laser hair removal on all the areas that have really effected my mental health throughout my life. When I did my first 3 treatments they were every 6 weeks and I had no problem i even started to see the benefits so at that point I was super happy. However by the time I got to my 4th appointment I kept having my appointment rescheduled. I am now on my 7th of 8 and it has been a nightmare. They have cancelled my appointments and rescheduled with such long wait times inbetween that I was having to shave once a week due to the hair growth being dark and thick again.
I recently had my 7th appointment 7 days a go and the hair has already grown back dark and thick. Because my appointments have had to go so long inbetween due to them cancelling and rescheduling the treatment has now stopped benefitting me like it was before. I paid over £1000 for my treatment and now I feel I have been scammed as I still need to shave once a week as the hair is not light or thin as it was at the beginning where I wouldn't even shave untill the next appointment as the hair growth was so slow light and fine in those 6 weeks . I have my last appointment in March and I will be making a formal complaint as I cannot see what I paid for. I am really not in a position to just throw away over £1000.

The laser treatment is excellent and the practitioners are great. But they are under pressure, under staffed and the online support and helplines for customers are awful. The lack of consistency means I have 0 notes and so im continually being patch tested by a new person each time ... wasting my time and costs to park etc. I'll be asking for a refund as 8 sessions will have taken me over a year!
