Gemma is such a professional, in tune therapist.

I came to Gemma with a trapped nerve around my shoulder and neck area. It was causing a throbbing pain all the time down my left arm and shoulder making me feel quite down at times because it was constant.
With a combination of dry needling and her barefoot ashiatsu massage and stretches on the massage table in two treatments the pain was reduced and with one more treatment the knots had totally gone and I was pain free. A while ago something similar was happening in my hip causing pain down my leg. With the same technique it actually was resolved in one treatment.
Gemma I feel is one of the best out there. She listens and treats the area directly with amazing results.
