Me and my cousin attended the spa today for the couples Swedish massage and 2 hour spa access(as 1hour went to the massage) and it was soo amazing.
We were first welcomed by the most friendly lady called Shanie, who was sooo lovely and accommodating. She gave us our towels, got us water and was always asking if we needed anything. We then had a massage that was soo relaxing it put my cousin straight to sleep( with very loud snoring) the two ladies were very friendly and made us feel safe. After that we had access to the spa where we had two lovely glasses of Prosecco which was perfect. Overall we had such an amazing, relaxing time and will definitely be back. I’m never one to really write reviews but the service we had was soo exceptional I had to make sure I came on here to thank the staff and especially Shanie again! Hotels and spas need more women like her 🙂

Me and my partner came here to celebrate Valentines. Lovely receptionist that showed us around and made us feel welcome. One of the best massages we have had at a spa. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Went to Natural Light Wellness Spa for a Hen-Do around 2 weeks ago, and I must say the staff and services were amazing. I had a deep relaxation massage with Eli, that I didn't want to end and Live was very attentive when it came to ordering our drinks and making sure the group (there were 19 of us) were where we were supposed to be at the correct times. They had this lovely meditation ger that, although it was early Jan, was so peaceful and warm and could fit about 12 of us at a time. We were also able to enjoy the steam room, hot tub and pool and they had an area of sun loungers by the pool reserved for our group.

I would highly recommend this spa to everyone, the staff were amazing and I just felt so relaxed and at peace.

I had such a great experience with this company. Me and a a group of friends went for massages and I thought the staff dealt with our large group excellently and where really kind and helpful both before and after our treatments. The massages themselves were fabulous and really relaxing, I would recommend for anyone wanting to de-stress. As for the facilities, we thought they were really clean and easy to use and the Pool and garden were a really nice add on to the experience. Would definitely recommend xx

Very disappoining. I had a £160 voucher with a 6-month expiration, which I find extremely restrictive compared to the standard 1-year validity most places offer. As someone with a busy lifestyle and frequent work travel, it was challenging to use the full amount in such a short time. When I reached out for assistance, there was no effort to help, leaving me feeling like I threw £160 in the bin. Extending the expiration period would make the policy far more customer-friendly. If you're looking to buy a gift voucher for a friend, consider using Relaxation Rooms or Mary Ann Weeks ( still in Guildford ) instead. They have a more standard expiration policy of 12 months.

Treated myself on my birthday to the Winter warmer spa day. . It was a lovely experience. . Rachael my therapist was fabulous, with lovely healing hands (I am a therapist myself) and a thoroughly relaxing treatment. . The spa garden is beautiful. Thank you also to Chaney/Shaney? The lovely receptionist for looking after me. It was just what I needed. Thank you.

Received a wonderful massage from Rebecca which left me feeling stress free. Also used the other facilities such as jacuzzi, steam room and the pool. The staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

The greeting from staff was really friendly and welcoming. My therapist was Rachel and she took the time to talk to me about what my needs were and what I'd prefer in terms of body areas and firmness. She made me very relaxed and was also very thorough. I'll be back!
One thing to maybe mention to people booking is not to pay for parking - I already had as I didn't realise that would be covered. It might have been mentioned somewhere and I missed it with my baby brain!
