Visited today. Waiting room was spotlessly clean ...lovely and bright and there was plenty of room to sit so you weren't on top of other patients. Receptionists were really helpful and friendly and Dr Khan was lovely and really listened to my worries. With GP surgeries getting such bad press, I can honestly say my experience was nothing but positive today. Thank you

Absolutely disgusted with the receptionist I had to deal with this morning. I turned up 2 minutes late so couldn’t use the sign in pad I’m stood there for 20 mins waiting to sign in behind the person she was sorting before me by the time I get to her she was rude because I was late and refused my appointment. It was an urgent appointment for feeling heavily suicidal and was urgent I am livid.

New Building. Parking is available, but make sure you type in your car registration number when you enter the surgery. Otherwise, you will get a ticket. I dropped off my disabled mum, parked, and waited in disabled area with a disabled badge. Only to find later on I got a ticket. Disabled or not, you need to enter the car registration number on their system. Mum being disabled just didn't know. I just dropped her off, parked in disabled area with a blue badge, waited, and just didn't realise. Appeal in process. But the surgery itself is modern, with lots of seating spaces. (Mum feedback ?)

The econsult process is quick and I received a call back quickly with an appointment. Follow up appointments/tests were booked in quickly too approx 1-2 week wait. All of the doctors and nurses I have seen have been friendly and very informative. All of my appointments have been on time. When I have called in the day (not first thing in the morning) to make a follow up appointment I haven’t had to wait to speak to anyone. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. Ordering repeat prescriptions is easy too. The best doctors surgery I have been registered with in a while considering how difficult it must be for them at the moment.

Though I agree with some other reviews, that isn't is difficult to get an appointment, I also understand that this I snot The Surgeries fault, but the state of the NHS,
Dr's are under huge strain at the moment, with not enough Dr's to go around.
I have experienced first hand how reception are spoken to, people expect to talk to them like they are something on their shoe, without repercussions, if you speak to people the way you want to be spoken to, then you will find they are much more likely to go above and beyond to help you,but speak to them in a combatative way, and they will reflect that, having a certain job, should not automatically give people the right to talk to you in a certain way!
The reception staff have always been respectful and helpful to me, but then I've spoken to them like human beings!
The Dr's have always been respectful and thorough too, no complaints here!

Just spoke to the rude receptionist and she hung up on me while I was polite and trying to ask her a important question and she hung up so rude been 9 days since they had my not normal blood results and no call from a doctor and the receptionist said they are normal who is not qualified to say so and my red blood cells are so high while white ones are extremely low with other things to. This needs to be fixed ASAP

I had wait for 1 moth and or few weeks to finally get a doctors appointment and she rushed me like she was off somewhere else and gave me depresionants and medical reasons but it was all rushed and unordered unhelpful. Also the receptionist needs to do there work properly and handle customer services well as they tend to stare blankly elsewhere no really good service.

New building and parking available but sadly no doctors. The neglect this surgery has shown my elderly parents is shameful! Time to move.Avoid this surgery if u can it is beyond useless
