I would like to thank Jordan and Huw for coming out last night for our 8 month old daughter. Thank you so much, it felt like a huge relief knowing we were being believed about what was happening with our daughter. She is doing better and is now on medication. Thank you again, I honestly I cannot thank you enough.

I would like to thank both Pete and Chris who attended my mum last night at 8.15pm who was dying from cancer. I cannot praise them highly enough, they were both very friendly, considerate, caring and compassionate and did all they could over the three hours they were there to help my mum be more comfortable and in less pain. They made phone calls to doctors and The Countess Mountbatten Hospice for us also. Unfortunately my mum passed away peacefully in her sleep at 4am this morning and we are heartbroken. Thank you again guys for your help, hard work and efforts, it was very much appreciated and reassuring. What a fantastic service Enhanced Care Services provide!!

Huge thanks to Andy and Dave for their diligent, kind and professional care of me earlier today. Wonderful gentlemen who made a distressing moment far more bearable. Unfortunately I collapsed, which necessitated calling an ambulance. The ambulance crew who attended could not have done more to raise my spirits and put me at ease. Thank you Andy and Dave. They are an asset to the NHS.

We used the ambulance service to move our Mum from South Wales to a care home in Southern England. I requested women as Mum was nervous and did not want to be transported by men (she is 90). Kim and Anita were excellent, understanding Mum’s concerns and immediately put her mind at rest. Mum said they made the move enjoyable, talking all the way which made the time fly by. Thank you all for the excellent service, from start to finish!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Jordan and huw that came to out to my 8month old daughter last night/this morning they were both brilliant with her keeping her calm and entertained thank you very much guys.

Had enhancment care ambulance team visit yesterday as my mum's blood sugars had droped dangerously ambulane men even had to get information from our solent view surgery they were great. 10/10 for understanding and care.

I had to make a call to 111 following an accident and was sent Chris & Elliott to my house. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, thorough,reassuring and kind. They are real credit to your service. I can't thank them enough. Huge Thanks
