Been with Secure healthcare solutions since 2021 and it's been great the whole way I'll be sad to leave but this will be due to them introducing me to my local NHS hospital so I have the team and Secure to thank for that.

The team are brilliant!
The hours are flexible!
The pay is great and they even offer higher every so often to for short notice shifts!

Lewis and Alinea have been my point of contact mainly from the NHS team and both of them are highly professional and dedicated as well as being friendly understanding.

I will miss being part of the team dearly!

Amazing understanding company with great staff who always get you booked in! Great rates of pay and never fail to not hand out payslips or pay late. I have been working for Secure Healthcare Solutions since September of last year and I can honestly say they are the best agency to work for. I have had a lot of support especially from Megan and the rest of the team due to me having problems with my back and shoulder so I can only work in certain fields which is mainly support work and it suits me fine as I am able to cope with that. They do listen and they are quick to support you. Also the app is fantastic as you are able to put down your availability and what shifts you are able to do which helps and it can also fits around family commitments. So If anyone out there are thinking of joining Secure Healthcare just do it...you won’t be disappointed.

Started working there and all of a sudden there is nothing available. My co worker is still working here, getting her shifts but for some reason I cannot work. It’s the lies and dishonesty I cannot take with them. Clients always complain as well about the staff at secure healthcare solutions. It’s ashame that people would have to deal with such horrid behaviour including clients.
