I went to Vida around 8 days post op from a tummy tuck (FDL), lipo and fat transfer obviously in some what pain, couldn’t stand straight and was slowly moving. After my first session I could feel such a difference, my body felt lighter as soon as I stood up from the bed, my back was in less pain from being hunched over. I couldn’t believe it. Now I’ve had around 7 sessions - nearly 4 weeks post op and I feel amazing, no pain what so ever she honestly works wonders! Vida does manual lymphatic draining on me, and lymphatouch machine but helps drain the fluid out of my body also. She then uses a special vibrating machine which is called deep oscillation that break down the scar tissues and my scars already look fantastic. I honestly cannot recommend her treatments enough.

Vida, honestly is such a queen, she welcomes you in like no other. As soon as I met Vida I felt at ease and we got on like a house on fire! The giggles we have from start to finish. She’s definitely the person to go to!
