I have cared for my Mom and Dad for a number of years but it was getting to much for me to do on my own. I decided to get carers in and was a little worried at first put Dorcas and Edwin's professionalism and compassionate nature put my mind at ease very quickly. Mom and Dad soon took to their friendly approach. It has allowed me to have a holiday knowing that there being looked after and in safe hands, they even made an unscheduled call when my Dad call them to say my mom had fallen on the way to the toilet and had messed her self. They were there within minutes and showered her and made sure she was comfortable before they left. They always keep me updated and if there's a problem they call me. All this puts my mind at ease knowing there in safe hands. Can not recommend them enough. Tracy

As a family , we would just like to say a massive thank you , to Rance Care for all the care and kindness shown to mom and us , after she was discharged from hospital.
Moms health deteriorated very quickly and it was a difficult time for us all .
After initially being discharged with a supportive living package , it was very apparent moms needs were much greater than that and she was then diagnosed as end of life . Throughout this time , the allocated carers treated mom with the upmost respect and kindness. Edwin was always prepared to accommodate our needs , as things altered along the way , in order to provide mom with the care that she needed . They were an excellent support to us, too, as a family , right through to mom being admitted for her final days at Compton care.
On behalf of our mom , we, as a family, would like to thank Edwin , Dorcas , Charlene, Erica and Amy for all their support, care and kindness shown to us . Thank you.

What can I say, it’s not that I cannot write a review or feed back or that I have not got anything to say!
It’s just that my family & I have had a long court of protection battle to get my son back living at home? I would so like to say what this court of protection case is or was about! But at this moment i’m not able to post anything about this on social media!
However because of this we as a family was not very trusting of any care provider until Rance Healthcare Service LTD was recommended to us to by ( Jo ) to make contact with as a lot of the other care services didn’t want to meet before they start the care which we was not happy with or about that!!
However after I contact Edwin he was happy to come to New Cross Hospital to meet with my family member in fact Edwin was happy to come on a second occasions with the care staffs who is now supporting my family member to be living back at home right now with his family and while this as now being only for a month on Monday I have to say that the carers have help so much to help my family member settle back at home!!
I so which that I could put in why this is so important so that everyone could understand but I can’t for legal reasons!
Despite the fact that we have won the court case until we get the court sealed papers in April or May of this year! When I will explain this.
But I can say that Rance Healthcare Services LTD have being of great help and support even when I have ask them to come in at 6-0am in the morning, this as not being a problem for the staffs to do this, I have not put any of the staffs name in this my post but I would just like to say thank you for all that you have done and everyone that as come into our home is very caring towards my family member.
In closing this my post I would like to say to all of the Staffs at Rance Healthcare Services LTD please keep up the good care service that you’re providing to the people under your care.

Communication is at the forefront of their support regarding any concerns for our father’s wellbeing etc

Sadly he passed today in the care of your team. A very emotional time for us all.
What will stay in my heart forever is the relationship Edwin had with dad. The hymn Edwin sang to him when he left us is a vision and a memory I will possess forever.

Rance health care is the best agency in Wolverhampton. I joined this agency before four months ago. The all staff are very good and polite. They all are like family members. Rance care have been looking after my in law’s (both are very elderly and have dementia)for a while now.I really like that they interact with us( the family) whenever there’s a problem . They are friendly and jovial and most importantly that they look after my parents in law respectfully and professionally. Edwin and Tida have been great and very patient with them.

Never got my nan up left her in bed
Gave her wrong medication and was rude about the situation
Never helped feed her when she couldn’t so missed food affecting her diabetes
Took them 20 days to shower her after asking multiple times!
Wasn’t using correct equipment either!
