Long wait on telephone trying to get through to reception, waited over 12 minutes still no reply in the gave up as got fed up listening to the constant pop up message, which is not very helpful at all. It would be more informative to know where you were in the queue.
Last time I needed an appointment had to wait four weeks 🙁

Losing the will to live with these ‘ computer says no’ robots. Unwilling to go out of their way for anything. Been with this surgery since 1988 since I was at Walford. I work out of the county and find picking up prescriptions really difficult as I’m never In Baschurch in daylight hours. I’ve given up with them and moved to a surgery close to work. Much friendlier and will send out prescriptions to Co Op and Lloyds who deliver. Wake up Baschurch, you living in the Stone Age.

Usually get an appointment within 2-3 days, and usually seen within 10 mins of time.
Doctors are helpful, sisters very helpful.
Parking can be awkward when busy.
