Unreliable delivery. I was told to wait in at a certain time. Instead courier delivered 3 hours early and left package with a neighbour who was then expected to keep it in her fridge. What if neither of us were in and the neighbour anyway leaves for work then. Make sure better service time next delivery, otherwise medicine could spoil.

Pharmaxo have just become completely unreliable over the last two years. Drug deliveries just don’t turn up and they don’t even inform their own nurses if there is a dispatch failure so the nurse travels to see the patient and we both waste our time waiting for delivery that isn’t coming. Recently Pharmaxo has started blaming the hospital for not issuing prescriptions on time, which is denied by the hospital. But even when Pharmaxo know a delivery isn’t coming, they don’t bother telling the patient. They treat the patient with contempt.

I’ll be honest I was waiting for my first delivery of meds after a failed delivery and was told they would deliver to me on Saturday and I was sceptical as I tried calling unsuccessfully. So while I was on hold I began to read previous reviews which weren’t favourable. However my scepticism was unfounded as the delivery guy did indeed deliver as promised. I think sometimes we are all quick to shout about a bad experience but rarely say thank you for a good job so I am saying thank you and particularly to Sophie in the call centre for arranging this delivery for me

Fantastic service. My migraine injections are delivered by Pharmaxo, the service is excellent. Always receive a prompt response when I email for my next delivery, that’s if they haven’t already called to arrange a suitable delivery date. The delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. Can’t fault the service !

They have become totally unreliable on the administrative side . Get texts or letters saying that they have been unable to contact by telephone . Which is rubbish as there have been no calls received or logged on my mobile . Calling them is a waste of time as is their call back option and emailing them . They shouldn't have the NHS contract for deliveries of patients vital meds and causing them stress .

I’ve been having my migraine medication delivered through Pharmaxo since summer 2023 and they’ve been nothing but fantastic. They always email or ring me to check when my next dose is due and arrange a delivery before then and it’s always when they say it’ll be. Their customer service has been nothing short of exemplary. Today I had a potential serious issue with my medication and I called them up and spoke with Sue, who may well be the loveliest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to in my whole life. After an awful 24 hours, she was such a balm for the soul and she managed to help and reassure me in a timely manner. I’m so grateful to her specifically but also the whole team.
