Mixed review for a chemist that has always been excellent. I have used this chemist for years. Clive, excellent, Kevin, excellent. Until today they have been brilliant but now there is a young ignorant assistant with a terrible attitude. I had been short supplied on some tablets a couple of weeks prior and was explaining the situation when the offensive youngster pops her head around the corner and gave a first class example of her misunderstanding of the correct number of tablets within the box that had caused my issue. Clive was super agreeable and resolving the issue with no fuss until this little grub interjected and was super offended by me calling her sweetheart. I was trying to be nice and could've offered her a different name but that would've been unfair to the others that were trying to deliver their usual high standards of customer service. So only an average score whilst they struggle to reign in the youngster.

Kevin and his team replaced Clive a few years back and like Clive they always go beyond expectations. With covid they’ve all been fantastically helpful, reliable and friendly. An utter credit to the care services and community.

Very quick and efficient, the pharmacist I believe his name is Kevin sounds very knowledgeable he recommended me a product which helped me.
All the other staff are friendly too and it's what you need during these times.
