They WILL NOT take a SINGLE CALL in the morning. Have fun trying to contact them via phone because the phone only opens when there is no more slots available for the day. They will tell you to call earlier next time on the phone then when you actually walk in in the morning you will see their phone does not ring at all despite everyone was calling because they disabled it and don't bother taking any of them until late. During walk in I have met so many people who are unable to get an appointment via phone or online. This is insane and disappointed to see especially this used to be a lovely GP place that I have used throughout the years.

Staff friendly and provide excellent advice and information. However, trying to get into contact with the medical centre is often a challenge due to the phone lines being busy from 8am. This also impacts your ability to get an appointment.

Since COVID this practice has gone from a great service to the worst I've experienced. Used to do drop in mornings, phone appointments, online appointments, could actually get through on the phone. Now I'm sat waiting to talk to someone about why my sons medication prescription hasn't been fulfilled, I've tried calling for 3 days in a row and the phone (if you even get through the busy line) just rings (currently 12 minutes of just ringing). Not sure how anyone gets an appointment and at times it feels like no one is working. When I've been in to the practice no one is at the front desk and the phones in the back are just ringing.

This is the worst practice I've ever heard of service what service doctors who brush you off have no time for you, policed by 1 terrible receptionist who seems to get off on not giving appointments. They never answer the phone you go into surgery they tell you you must come down at 8am the ques are round the corner. They are supposed to by law provide a convenient time to see you! Not the other way around these doctors are not over worked the place is always empty. The management is horrendously poor. I'd suggest going anywhere else that's convient too you where you can be treated like a human and respected when asking for help. unfortunately here you will be fobbed off and told to find a new doctors by the receptionist if you don't like it.

Every doctors surgery has problems nowadays, overpopulation I guess. But the staff who take the calls more than make up for the inconveniences. Absolutely lovely people who go above and beyond.

I have been with Alma medical for many years. I had a medication use review last week. Dr Danby went above and beyond during this consultation. She took time to explain some things I was unsure of. The reception team are also brilliant and have always seen my little one when she's been poorly without an appointment

The best doctors ever. I always manage to get through eventually for an appointment. The doctors are excellent and respectful. The receptionists are pleasant and never rude or condescending. Deserve full 5 stars.
