We had the most incredible experience at Parkside recently. My family went in for a normal GP appointment and it rapidly evolved into a life threatening sepsis. Dr.Abu Islam is absolutely amazing he was so calm and professional and warm. The situation was so critical that it required immediate antibiotic treatment. We were so lucky to receive the quick treatment from the hospital which turned out to save my family member’s life. I could not recommend this clinic and Dr. Abu more. Thank you so so much. We will be forever grateful.

Lovely team of nursing and medical professionals in a newly refurbished Outpatients Department, situated on the 3rd floor of Heatherwood Hospital. Free parking is provided, by requesting a ticket from the reception team on the Parkside Health Unit. NB You will need your original ticket as well, when you go to validate prior to your exit.

A very detailed conversation with the private GP - I was not rushed nor did I feel that I was limited to what I could ask about. Such a relief after the difficulty of seeing an NHS GP and being limited to 10 mins and no more than 2 things to be discussed!
