Thank you Dr Saunders and Kelly, I was seen the same day after making an appointment and then managed to get a cancelled appointment the next day for the follow up that I needed which was excellent. Updated throughout and found the whole procedure of my health check and answering any questions I had really efficient! As a nervous patient with surgeries/needles I felt at ease and really valued their help. Thanks again

I would give 0 stars if possible. The staff, particularly the big woman at the front desk, is disgraceful. She smirks when you're in pain and forces you to loudly explain your issues. The new system is horrendous; you can't reach anyone after 1:50 pm. The clinic is empty while the staff lounges around chatting. There are no doctors available, and if you're lucky, you might get a text regarding your emergency appointment request. I've left this clinic and urge others to do the same.

This new system shares your private information and documents, requiring you to click "share" to receive help. You won't get assistance until you agree to share your private data with an obscure company. The doctors don't listen or read the information you provide, and they rush to dismiss you. There are no patients seeing doctors in person, only impersonal messages sent to your phone even when you request a call. This behavior is disgraceful and disgusting. Run as quick as you can

Asked via text message to make an appointment for a blood test. Easily made an appointment. Seen quickly and the phlebotomist was excellent. Very efficient service and everyone that we met at the surgery couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

The surgery called me straight back after I filled in the request for an appointment online. And I was given an appointment that same morning with a doctor who was very kind and thorough - Dr Saunders, a registrar. The receptionist was also very helpful and booked me in for an appointment for blood tests the doctor had ordered straight away. Thankyou. I really appreciate rhw excellent service you provide.

I went in for a urgent appointment 3 times and was seen very quickly before the main session started. The GP,s were very good and got me sorted. The front desk staff were very good.

A busy practice with a pharmacy attached and conveniently located for the local catchment. My experience of the Heart of Bath surgery is positive. The staff are diligent and caring and empathetic.

I received a telephone consultation today with Connor Stanley, a Pharmacist at the Heart of Bath surgery. After a recent raised cholesterol blood test, we were discussing the health benefits of taking prescribed statins in helping to reduce my risk of heart failure and stroke. Inspite of the obvious benefits, I was reluctant to take statins, mainly due to the info I’d read concerning side effects. However, we had a very interesting conversation and Conner shared lots of relevant information and statistics and answered all my questions with interest and sound advice. I found it all very useful and was reassured and informed enough to agree to start on a low dose of statins, to be reviewed after 2 months. I have one more question though, how and where do they work on the body in reducing your cholesterol?
Many Thanks Connor.
