Another great review meeting with Dr Sally today. I always come away from the meeting feeling listened to, supported and in great hands and it's always such a pleasure to catch up. It's the same with Nathalie re nutritional advice. All the team are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive and I LOVE the new portal that helps me understand my progress. There is an awful lot of scientific data which Natalie explained, but nothing definitive so it’s a work in progress, but happy to try a glutinous free period for 3 weeks.

I have been seeing Sally Moorcroft for the past 7 months and she has been my life saver. After been having chronic UTI Problems for past 2 .5 years, Sally gets to the root of your problems and works with an holistic approach with her herbs and medicines to help with your problem.

Seeing Dr Sally has changed my life. I've been struggling with hormone issues which appeared to have no medical pathway in the NHS - I tried for 5 years talking to various GPs, endocrinolists, gynaecologists and even an endometriosis specialist. But no one could find anything medically wrong with me so I was left to struggling with my monthly debalitating mood swings. Dr Sally takes into account everything that migth be impacting your hormones - diet, genetics and carefully accounts for lifelong and short term symptoms. You can see how she calculates what you might require to mitigate your symptoms and how both your symptoms and their potential causes produce dynamics which exacerbate symptoms. She organised a dutch test for me, which for the first time in my life showed a significant imbalance in my progesterone at a certain stage in my cycle. The report also demonstrated other more complex hormonal pathways that Dr Sally was able to diagnose and see where certain enzymes or processes might be over/under active. She formulated a bespoke protocol for me to follow which entailed dietary changes/ vitamin supplements and medication. I have been following the protocol for two cycles now and the difference is astounding... I almost am hesitant to so heavily advocate but this is the only change I have made and my life in general has not become any better, I can just now cope with things in a normal way. I firmly believe that this is due to Dr Sally correctly identifying the primary causes of my specific hormone issues - and then providing direct ways to address these issues with diet, vitamins and medication. NCIFM provides a service that I wish every woman could access, in half a year it has done more good for me than 5 years of frustration in NHS appointments, useless at best, harmful at worse prescriptions to Antidepressants and birth control pills. The NHS does not know how to deal with women and their diverse hormone processes, Dr Sally was a saving grace which I am so grateful exists and only hope the integrative health model grows and grows. I'm lucky enough to be able to afford NCIFM services and it is expensive! However the potential years and years of suffering it has saved me means its worth it.
