The staff here are so friendly and approachable, they have recently increased the opening hours which makes fitting visits in easier around work and parenting. I haven't attended any classes here but this is my gym of choice and I have previously attended the family roller disco on a Friday tea time where they offer skate hire if needed

Great place for all free public car park disabled spaces. Changing rooms for all disabled family change and for group steam and sauna for over 16s. Lift or hoist into the pool for disabled if needed

That is what i will call " the best place possible". I will definitely recommend that. They are very friendly and helpful. I simply have the possibility to have fun with the family in swimming pool.

Sadly due to close in the new year, but has been a stalwart of health and fitness for many years. Yes it's looking tired and beyond its prime, but has served the town well.
