The walk-in centre is fortunate to have Chris on their team. I visited with my daughter during a very busy time, and even though they were overwhelmed with patients, Chris was incredibly supportive and reassuring. Just as I was about to leave due to my baby crying, he stepped in and made the situation so much more manageable. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. Thank you, Chris

Second time on walk in centre and I couldn't be more pleased with the professional service i received from the reception staff, for the lady welcoming everyone and taken note on any issues and not the list to Geanina Bondalici for making the consultation easy going.

What an excellent service. We wish there was a similar clinic in our area. My husband needed 30+ staples removed from an operation site. A 20 minutes wait and finished by medical staff in 15 minutes.
The bonus was free parking on a Sunday.

I went to walk in center today as I got huge painful stye and a fever for over a month and half and a cyst right next to my eye( which was treated previously abroad) and I had a bad acne swollen spot on the back of my ear. I waited two hours and the doctor took me to his office and he didn’t let me to state all those 3 symptoms and stated I need to go back to my GP and he can’t do anything about me.
He then proceeded to google my diagnosis and stated he is not sure if that is a stye or a cyst. And he sent me home.
Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. I am really disappointed doctor by a degree and far away from that profession.

All staff at this fantastic facility are under tremendous pressure and are doing their best to help and care for people.

Dr Popa is one of the best General Practioners I've seen, whose knowledge is on a par with clincial consultant(s) that I've worked within a previous role.

My role was non clincial but supported Paramedics, Advanced Nurse Practioners, GPs, and clinical consultants.

Dr Popa not only helped me with a complex diagnosis but more importantly my father who had multiple health issues which one by one Dr Popa defined quickly safely and securely and selected the correct NHS pathway which then ensured my father not only survived in the short term but actually is getting the treatment he needs from the other NHS services which is buckling under lack of govt funding and putting all clinical and non clinical staff under pressure.

For me the walk in centre one of only a handful in the south should be appreciated and not abused.

By the same token, many others appreciate the service just like me and my father and we have had the same first class service and smile from the front of house to all the health care professionals and administrative staff.

A big thanks to everyone for caring and especially to Dr Popa who gives the same consistent clincial advice each and every day to patients during her 12+hour shifts when too many NHS norfolk surgeries think consultations should only be carried out by telephone.
